Port of Everett Update

There is a lot of activity at the Port of Everett these days! From Amazon expanding into a the Riverside Business Park to the brand-spankin’-new Hotel Indigo, things are happening! You can read all about what’s going on in the Port’s newly released Portside Newsletter.

The newsletter includes information on the soon-to-be-built Waterfront Place apartment homes as well as updates on the expanded shipping terminals, plans for the former Kimberly Clark (Scott Paper) property, the addition of new waterfront trails, spray fountain, and esplanade, and a whole lot more! Don’t forget about the new Grand Avenue Bridge that will connect North Everett to the Everett Marina. That project is set to wrap up by the end of September!

And in the neighboring town of Mukilteo (also within the Port of Everett’s jurisdiction), the new Washington State Ferry Terminal is making steady progress. Per the Everett Herald, the new terminal is on track to be finished in fall of 2020.
